If the answer to these questions is ‘YES' you should apply to join
Stage2
A theatre group for young adults based at the Rose Theatre in Kingston.
Stage2 is for anyone between the ages of 18 and 25 living, working or studying in the borough of Kingston upon Thames. Members will meet once a week to develop their skills, learning techniques in acting, voice, physical action and text analysis.
Being part of Stage2 will take a big commitment. If you're offered a place you will be expected to attend classes every week and if you are absent on more than two occasions you won't be invited to rejoin the group. But if you're up for the challenge, the rewards will be great. You'll get the chance to strengthen your creative muscles and see your ideas come alive on stage through performance of scripted plays and devised drama.
Stage2 will run for a 10 week term from October to December 2010. Members will meet at the Rose on Wednesday evenings from 6.30-9.30pm. At the end of the year you can choose to renew your membership for another 10 week term from January to April, 2011 There is a membership fee of £20 for a 10week term (£2 per week)
