From Kingston Train Station
The Rose Theatre is a 15-minute stroll from Kingston Train Station. Please see the map. Trains run regularly to and from London Waterloo and these take approximately 30 minutes although some trains may take longer. Please check before you travel.
From Surbiton Train Station
A number of buses to Kingston run from outside Surbiton station and there is taxi service situated outside the station. The time of the journey from Surbiton can vary depending on traffic. Please allow yourself up to 20 minutes for this bus journey. Trains run regularly to and from London Waterloo. Fast trains take approximately 15 minutes.

Driving
Kingston town centre is largely pedestrianised. A one way system is in operation in Kingston and this can be extremely busy during peak traffic periods. Please leave yourself plenty of time when driving to the Rose Theatre.

Parking
The closest car park to the Rose is Rose Car Park (formerly Drapers Car Park) in Kingston, on Kingston Hall Road (the entrance is on High Street), 2 minutes walk from the theatre and open until midnight. Parking is charged at £1.20 per hour and just £1 after 6.30pm, on Sundays £1 per hour from 5pm. To avoid queing after performances, it is advisable to obtain a pre-paid parking ticket.
There are a number of other car parks in Kingston, should you wish to take advantage of its shopping facilities during the day, including the Bentalls Centre and John Lewis car parks. Please note that these close early and are therefore not appropriate for patrons who are visiting the theatre for an evening performance.
