Crossing Borders is an exploration of two cultures and their immigration paths. The stories of three generations of a Japanese-Canadian family is interwoven with the story of a young Iranian recalling his childhood in Tehran, whilst adapting to his new home in London. These moving, funny, and heroic tales are a universal, and timely, story of migration – of leaving something behind for the promise of a better future.
Crossing Borders is based on the stories Where Shadow Chases Light by Velina Hasu Houston and Fragments by Alex McSweeney.
