On the 28 and 29 Jan the Rose plays host to a two-day festival celebrating some of the best in short-film making talent from the UK, globally and locally.
The British short film-making industry is booming enabling opportunities for cutting edge independent films and providing a stepping stone into the wider industry. Earlier this year the Rose was the venue for the premiere of short film Night Drive and we want to showcase more.
The Muybridge Short Film Festival will provide an opportunity to see new films and meet those involved in their production – writers, directors, producers, camera, sound, special effects and performers. We also want to stimulate more film-making and will be launching a competition with Creative Youth for the International Youth Arts Festival 2017.
More details will be released over the next few weeks so please keep in touch via our website www.muybridgeshortfilmfest.co.uk.
