Sarah is an award-winning director and has worked across the UK, Europe and the US. Sarah began her career in Manchester as assistant to John McGrath at Contact Theatre. Sarah was recently nominated for Best Director at the Off West End Theatre
Awards for Screwed by Kathryn O’Reilly at Theatre503.
Recent credits include: Assistant director on Summer in London (Theatre Royal Stratford East); On the Crest of a Wave (Longsight Theatre and Vault Festival); musical comedy The Texas Taxman (Arcola, Vault Festival - winner of the Comedy Award - and RADA Festival); Where Do Little Birds Go? (UK tour, Vault Festival - winner of the People’s Choice Award – and Edinburgh Festival); Ilé La Wà (UK tour); Screwed (Theatre503); comedy The Very Perry Show (San Francisco International Arts Festival); Mr Incredible (Vault Festival - winner of the Outstanding New Work Award - and Edinburgh Festival) and YOU (Brighton Festival - winner of the Argus Angel Award, Brighton Fringe Award for Theatre and the Fringe Review Outstanding Theatre Award).
