Having first opened its doors in 2008 under the leadership of founding Artistic Director Sir Peter Hall, this year marks the Rose’s 10th anniversary. Running alongside the main programme, this exhibition looks back at the last 10 years and features some of the Rose’s most memorable productions including Titania’s dress from A Midsummer Night’s Dream as worn by Judi Dench, the throne from Shakespeare’s trilogy The Wars of the Roses and behind-the-scenes photographs from the world premiere of Elena Ferrante’s My Brilliant Friend amongst others. The exhibition also features costumes, props, model boxes, press cuttings and exclusive plans and images.
To celebrate our 10th birthday year, we want to hear from you! We would like you to send memories of the Rose, or a particular show (including a relevant photo if you have one) and we’ll choose a winner at random to win a season ticket for our 2019 season. To enter, email your entries to [email protected] or tag us in your posts on social media, using the #Roseat10.
Ts&Cs: Entries close on Fri 30 Nov and any entry agrees to their memory and/or photo being used for marketing purposes, including on the website and social media channels. Entries can be made via email, [email protected], or on social media using the #Roseat10. Winners will be chosen at random after the closing date and will be contacted via their method of entry and will win a pair of tickets to each Rose Production in 2019.
